CFA ANNUAL MEETING & BREED COUNCIL BREAKFAST



This year the CFA Annual Meeting will be hosted by the Gulf Shore Region and will take place from June 25th to 29th at the Sheraton in New Orleans, LA. Complete information is now available online at the CFA Annual Website

The Siamese Breakfast will be hold on Saturday June 28th between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. The cost is $30.00 and reservations can be made through the CFA Annual Website. The deadline for reservations is June 16th.

We will once again be honouring our top ten kittens, championship cats and premiers as well as color winners and DM's. The cost to sponsor a cat's award is $35.00 ($25.00 for color winners) and Ann Marie Bingham has once again generously volunteered to coordinate the sponsorships. Please be sure to make a notation on your check (or attached stickie note) as to what exact award you are sponsoring, and the "official" name of the cat. Sometimes nicknames are not obvious. Remember to include the category (K, CH, PR, DM) as sometimes a cat might be getting an award in more than one category. Also if you are co-sponsoring award, please indicate the name of both sponsors.

At this time we have almost all cats and kittens sponsored but there are still a couple available.

SIAMESE SHOWS 2014-15 SHOW SEASON

The North Pacific Siamese Fanciers Show took place earlier this month in Issaquah, WA. Congratulations to all the winners.


The Siamese Alliance Show (in conjunction with Empire Cat Club) show will take place in Lebanon, PA on May 24th. Larry Johnson will be the photographer. Advertised closing is noon on May 19th. There is still time to enter!

The National Siamese Cat Club is holding their annual show on Labor Day weekend (August 30-31st) in Brockport, NY. Larry Johnson will be there to photograph your cats and Betsy Arnold will be hosting the Saturday night party. The club works hard to make the show special for the Siamese exhibitors with awards given to the highest scoring Siamese in championship, premiership and kitten class as well as for the best and second best of color winners in championship. There is also a special award for the Best Senior Siamese in show. Hope to see you there!
